Trail Description.
This popular 6 mile (3 miles 1 way) out and back trail is great for all ages. The trail meanders along Sagehen creek and ends at the beautiful Stampede Reservoir.
Difficulty.
Easy, flat and meandering.
Directions to Trailhead.
From the intersection of I-80 and 89 North overpass in Truckee, trailhead is just a short 10 minute drive down highway 89 N. There is a large unmarked dirt pullout for parking.
