Events Sponsorship is quick and easy — offering an effective way to introduce your product or service to thousands of locals, second home-owners, and visitors at local events like Truckee Thursday and Music in the Park.

Truckee Trails Foundation is providing free essential bike valet service (secure bike storage) at all 2023 Truckee Thursday and Music in the Park events.

Truckee Thursday: Eight free weekly street festival evenings in downtown Truckee from June 22 to August 10, 2023, attracting a total of more than 27,000 attendees. The TTF bike valet is situated at the Trout Creek Pocket Park just behind Alibi Ale Works, with extensive foot, bike, and vehicle traffic each Thursday.

Music in the Park: Ten Wednesday evening free music events at the Truckee River Regional Park from June 21 to August 30, 2023 with estimated 2023 attendance of 12,500.

Included in Event Sponsorship

• 2′ x 3′ Sign: Logo + (optional) tagline on printed sign prominently displayed within the TTF booth/bike corral.
• Merch Incentives or Discount Coupons: Your incentives or discount offers provided to all bike valet users.
• Logo & Offer in Email and Social Promotion: Your logo and incentives or discounts included in all TTF event digital promotion (email, website, social platforms).
• Recognition as Trail Supporter: Your brand affiliated with a trusted, local, environmental not-for-profit beloved by the hiking, biking, and running community.

Sponsorship Fee: $990 per event (Truckee Thursday Series or Music in the Park Series) or $1,600 when you sponsor both events.
