Join us for the next stop of the Truckee Trails BETTER TOGETHER|Listening Tour where we talk gravel riding and racing. We kick-off with a short introduction of Truckee Trails, Truckee gravel routes, and new trail plans for 2023.

Featuring Peter Stetina
For the main event, privateer gravel racer, winningest gravel racer in the world, and 10-year veteran of the UCI Road Racing World Tour, Peter Stetina joins us for what is sure to be a shenanigans-filled interview.

Featuring Heather Jackson
Joining Peter is multi-sport pro Heather Jackson – multi-time Ironman champion, ultra runner, and 1st place at Belgian Waffle Ride San Diego and Stetina’s Pay Dirt gravel races.

Featuring Haley Hunter Smith
Also joining is Haley Hunter Smith – Maxxis Factory Racing professional team and former Team Canada Olympian and Commonwealth Games medalist.

It’s going to be a cracker of an event as we dig into all manner of professional racing anecdotes and plenty of yarns from the racer’s most recent gravel adventures. If you haven’t seen Pete, Heather, and Haley before, I guarantee it’ll be a deeply interesting, funny, and slightly whacky evening. They’re all bigger-than-life and super inspiring athletes who’ve seen and experienced a thing or two.

SPONSOR

This evening is presented in partnership with BikeMonkey and Truckee Tahoe Gravel. The annual gravel race event takes place this Saturday, July 1 with three amazing routes that feature some of the prettiest and toughest terrain you’ll find in Tahoe National Forest. There are 3 race distances: EASY (19 mi), MODERATE (55 mi), and HARD (76 mi).
